Not only that, it is also very popular for the bedroom,
especially the master bedroom, which becomes a dumping ground for the clutter of it all
over the house!

This can be where you quickly clear clutter from the rest
around the house when you don’t know what to do with it or are just trying to clean up
to main living areas quickly.

It’s easy to hide the clutter in the bedroom and close the door
carries. You have good intentions of fixing these problems later, but sometimes
life has its way.

Clutter attracts clutter!

And the worst is thatClutter always seems to attract more clutter. Before you know it, a few random items you throw in your room to “deal with later” have turned into a whole lot of stuff!!

Learning to not only organize your bedroom, but also to keep it clutter-free are great ways to simplify your home and your life!

Why report?
Your room is important

Before we get into your bedroom layout, it’s important to talk about why your bedroom layout is so important and important to your overall well-being.

A peaceful, clutter-free bedroom can become your refuge and refuge from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

It can be an oasis and a paradise where you can rest, relax, recharge and find some peace at the end of a long day.

But when your bedroom is full of clutter and “stuff,” there’s no way it can be the refuge or sanctuary you expect.

Instead, it becomes a stressful, chaotic space that leaves you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and unable to get enough rest. Just seeing all the clutter is a constant reminder of what’s left on your to-do list at the end of the day.

Clean up the mess for a better night’s sleep

A cluttered bedroom can even interfere with your sleep. Chaotic
can overstimulate your brain, making it difficult for your brain to turn into
a relaxed state that helps you fall asleep easily and soundly.

The bedroom is the last space you see before falling asleep and the first space you see when you wake up. Don’t let clutter be the first and last thing you see every day.

How to declare
your room

But how do you tidy up your bedroom and make it a personal oasis? Here’s a 4-step plan to follow to learn how to tidy up your bedroom and make it the space you’ve always dreamed of!

1. Create a clear vision of your space

The first step in learning how to decorate your room is to start with your vision for your room. How do you want it to look, feel and work?

Take a few minutes to be really clear with yourself
Your vision for your bedroom is. Then use that vision to guide
declared decisions. Only keep the things that support your vision for
Hall.

Clarify the purpose of your room

Also, be clear about the purpose of the pieceFriend.Determining your bedroom layout starts with knowing exactly how you want to use the space.

If you want your bedroom to be just a sleeping area,
make sure your reporting decisions reflect this. You probably won’t need much
furniture other than the bed and maybe a nightstand or dresser.

If using the bedroom for other purposes makes sense for you and your lifestyle, go for it. I think you should use the spaces in your home in whatever way works best for you. If that means having a home office in the corner of your bedroom, your treadmill by the window, etc. then use it.

2. Start with the big picture

The next step in learning how to tidy up your bedroom is to take a “big picture” of your space. Look at the furniture and large items you currently have in your bedroom. Do you like what you have? Are you using each for its intended purpose?

Make it a goal to only keep works that add value to your life by staying in your room. Each section should support your vision and the destination of your room.

Here is an example:

A good example is having a chair or accent chair in your bedroom. Do you use this chair to read a book or enjoy your morning coffee? Or has the chair become a dress-up pony, holding clean clothes, dirty clothes, clothes you plan to put back on before washing, etc.?

If you use and love the chair for the right purpose, it will add value and meaning to your life. If this turns out to be a messy synthesis, maybe it’s time for it to work.

Evaluate all the furniture in your bedroom. If only
items you don’t need, don’t like, or aren’t using for their intended purpose, consider throwing them away
Last name.

3. Clean cluttered surfaces

The next step in cleaning your room is to treat
messy surface.

Flat surfaces tend to be messy magnets, and things can pile up quickly and easily. Declutter surfaces where things tend to pile up – bedside tables, dressers, shelves and even floors!

Start with a flat surface and clean it, then move
to the next surface. Get rid of anything you don’t use or like. Then put
things you want to keep out of place.

Clutter often comes from items that don’t have a home. Find or make a home for whatever you want to keep to make sure it won’t clutter up your flat surfaces anymore. As you organize your bedroom, it will be easier for you to find places for the things you keep.

Aim to keep the surface clear

After erasing the surfaces, be very selective
on what you choose to put back on your bedroom surfaces. aim only
Carefully take out your most essential items, as well as a few items
selected items you like.

Remove clutter from surfacesin your room will have a great visual impact on the space and make the space more serene and relaxing.

4. Clean cupboards, drawers, shelves, dressers, etc.

Then, work through the rest of your bedroom to clear the space clutter.

First, get rid of anything that doesn’t belong in your bedroom and put it where it belongs. Don’t let your bedroom become a dumping ground for random items you don’t know what else to do with. Keep only the things you use, need or love in your room!

Next, ask yourself if each item matches your purpose and vision for your bedroom. If it’s not something youoften used and/or preferred, Let it go. Make sure you find a place for each item you keep so it doesn’t get cluttered in your bedroom.

Break the work down into smaller tasks or areas toAvoid feeling overwhelmedper project. For example, plan to tackle each closet drawer or section of the room at a time.

Interior design

Don’t forget to note your room decoration items like
it’s good. Consider things like bedding, decorative pillows, decorative window treatments,
wall hangings, decorative objects, etc.

Keep only the decorations that you really like. Remove

no mess.

If there are any decorations you don’t like, let them go. So do not rush to replace them immediately. Try living without them for a while and see if you really miss them in space.

Clothes

Clothes are one of the biggest sources of clutter in many bedrooms. For many of us, clothes can be confusing. But do your best to be as ruthless as possible withclothes you don’t like or don’t wear.

Solve your clothing problemin a way that suits you. If sorting all your clothes at once suits you better, do it this way. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, try cleaning drawers one by one or spending 15 minutes putting your clothes away.

When you declare, remember to clean up the mess

Just because you can’t see things under your bed doesn’t mean they don’t weigh you down. Cleaning up the clutter under your bed doesn’t just make cleaning easier. But it’s also nice to know that even the spaces you can’t see aren’t cluttered.

How to organize your bedroom – and KEEP it that way!

After tidying up your room, form a fewhabits and habitswill help keep it clutter-free as you go.

A place for
all

As I mentioned before, make sure that each item you choose to keep hashouse or a place to keep it. Clutter often comes from objects that have no home, so they end up scattering our surfaces and floors.

When every item has a home, it’s easy to find what you’re looking for, store it, and keep your space organized.

Find or locate the things that usually leave your bedroom cluttered. Even simple things like wallet bowls, keys, change, jewelry, etc. Can also help prevent clutter.

Stop using your bedroom as a dumping ground for random things from around the house that you don’t know what to do with. Protect your newly organized sanctuary bedroom from clutter so you can enjoy a space for rest and relaxation.

wash bed, custom pillow

Making your bed every morning doesn’t take much time or effort and instantly changes the look of your bedroom. A well-arranged bed makes a room look cleaner, calmer and more inviting.

And, as a bonus, a beautifully made bed can inspire you to keep the rest of the room clutter-free.

Re-book your room
Daily

Another quick habit that can really help keep
No clutter in the bedroom, it’s the habit of rearranging your bedroom every
daytime.

Resetting your space just means doing it fast
put things in their place and deal with any mess or mess before
chance to accumulate.

Take a few minutes to clean surfaces, tidy furniture, put clean and dirty items in a storage area, and clean regularly. This way, your room will never get out of control or completely overwhelming to clean.

There is a place for
laundry

Piles of clothes are strewn around the room, whether it’s washed clothes waiting to be taken out, dirty laundry, or clothes you’ve worn once but plan to wear again, it can quickly make your room messy and messy.

First, make sure you have a laundry basket somewhere
Handy makes it easy to store dirty clothes.

Next, find a place to put the clothes you plan to wear again so they don’t pile up in a messy, cluttered place. This could be on the back of your bedroom door, a shelf in your closet, etc. The key is to assign a place for these clothes so that they have a place to go without being cluttered.

Also, getting into the habit of putting clean laundry in right away can prevent piles or baskets of clean clothes from piling up. The good thing is, the more organization you have in your bedroom, closet, and drawers, the easier it will be to store clean clothes without having to throw them away!

Organization
your room

After completing the removal job
mess, take a moment to organize what you keep so that it is
meaning to you.

Do not startorganize until you declare, otherwise you will just have to organize the clutter. Or even worse, add more furniture/clutter to your room, disguised as a product arrangement.

Easier!

Find the systems that work for you, your space, your preferences and your lifestyle.

Make the most of your space. But instead of trying to maximize what you can fit in the space you have; Minimize the number of tools to store, get started!

The way to decorate
your new room

After tidying up your bedroom and establishing some of the new habits, processes, and systems you need to maintain a clean bedroom, the final step is to transform your bedroom into the space you prefer.

That’s the fun part! Think about everything you need to do to make your bedroom your own oasis.

It could be things like painting your walls one color
love, buy some new bedding that you absolutely adore. Or just enjoy what you
here is now your simplified and clutter-free room!

Decorate slowly

Take it easy and take your time adding decorative elements
your room. Embrace the breath you have created and take the time to enjoy it
before thinking about decorating.

Then, if time and budget permit, thoughtful and determinedAdding decorative elements will help you achieve your bedroom vision.

What better way to motivate you to maintain your bedroom?
like a tidy and peaceful refuge that you have created rather than making sure you love
space and all that it contains!

Keep your goal of having less, but having more. And that doesn’t necessarily mean more expensive things. It simply means the things you love, use and/or enjoy in your space.

Don’t clutter your space in the name of decoration. But if there are changes you want to make to your room, know that you can!

How do you know what to keep when decluttering?

The trick is to not turn beloved items into sentimental clutter. When decluttering, choose a few important and meaningful photos that can be framed and displayed. Decluttering is not about throwing out items you cherish; it’s about eliminating things you never use or won’t need in the future.

Decluttering my room for the first time in two years because Marie Kondo is my life inspiration and I want a clean room before I graduate high school.

I didn’t follow the Konmari method because I was only cleaning my room and the clutter situation wasn’t super intense. My quick and dirty decluttering method is: 1. gather EVERYTHING in one place 2. sort through what to keep, donate, or throw away 3. put EVERYTHING back. Easy peasy done.

Actually it wasn’t easy peasy, it took 7 hours, but it was very satisfying and I hope you enjoy watching these timelapses of me getting my room (and therefore also my life) in order!
