Keep teens bored and create memories with these 100 things to do when they fall asleep.

Such… Have you volunteered to host a group of teenagers (or just two) at your house for a good night’s sleep and are wondering what are the 100 things to do before you go back to sleep to keep them busy?

Luckily for you, I used to go to what my teenage friends called “Thunderplunks” every few months when I was a teenager.

So I had the experience to fill the time with lots of fun for a group of teenagers!

100 things to do in Sleepover

Read this list of 100 things to do for oversleeping, then discuss after-sleep ideas and activities with your child so you’re both in agreement.

Let’s dive!

1. Make Raw Cookie Dough (Safe) to Eat

Sometimes…it’s nice to sit and talk to friends over cookie dough,am I right?

2. Host a dinner party with a glow stick.

If your teenagers are like my group of teenage friends, they’ll have plenty of slumber parties with (usually) the same group over the years. Help them create a sleep diary that someone will keep track of between excessive sleepers and keep it in mind for the next one.

Your teen can choose a song to lip-sync to and choreograph their own dance moves. Then help them save.

87. Work together on the FUN School project

Think of things teens can do like making something to decorate their wardrobe, banners for the house, or decorating a dance…something fun.
